SET-UP

SET-UP

  • Vendors unloading heavy display items (Cardinal Arena ONLY) must schedule a set-up day with their sales rep. The large overhead door closes Thursday, April 9th at 3 PM (no exceptions).
  • Vendors with 8×10 booths using conventional doors set up Friday, April 10th starting at 8 AM.
  • Event Center booths are WALK-IN ONLY—no driving inside. Please move your vehicle after unloading to free up parking.
  • All booths must be set up by 2 PM on Friday, April 10th.

TAKE-DOWN

TAKE-DOWN

  • Begins Saturday, April 11th at 3 PM. Overhead doors will open at this time. All vendors must be out by 7 PM.

BOOTHS

  • Must be paid for before the Expo. Each includes high-back and low-side drapes. Signage must not damage drapes—use straight or safety pins (no tie wraps or staples). Any damage incurred will be charged to your business
  • Skirted tables ($26) will be available April 3rd and electricity ($20) must be ordered through your sales rep by Friday, March 20th. Vendors requiring electricity must bring 3-prong, grounded extension cords and/or power strips. The Fire Chief will inspect all electrical connections.  Due to overhead power distribution, direct booth access to electricity is not guaranteed. For 220V service, contact your sales rep.
  • A limited number of tables and chairs are available at no charge—please request in advance.
  • Keep your exhibit area clean and protect the floor from potential spills.
  • Food sales require prior approval.

Each vendor is required to complete a ST19 form. Forms must be submitted before 11 AM on April 4th. Once completed, mail to Lakeland Media or email to your sales rep.
